How to order a taxi
Radar.Taxiit is not an app. It is a website that works with all browsers. Only taxi drivers authorized by the Ministry of Transport and who have an application that allows them to see their position can receive trips.
How does it work
Access to the service is through the Radar.Taxi website or by calling Asterisco Taxi (* 8294) from your cell phone to receive an SMS text message on your phone with a link to Radar.Taxi
In Radar.TaxiYou define the route as explained on the home page. You will receive a map with the route and you will be able to choose the taxi that best suits you, either due to its proximity, the type of vehicle and the payment method.
By clicking on a circle, the details of the driver appear. If you don't like it, you can select another one.
When confirming, the system sends the taxi driver the details of the journey and the calculated price. The taxi driver has one minute to confirm the trip.
Be attentive, if the taxi driver rejects the trip or does not confirm it, select another.
When confirming you will see on your screen the confirmation and the approximate time to pick you up. To facilitate coordination, we have included a button to call the driver.
Prices and payment
We are not intermediaries in the payment as Uber Didi, or Cabify does. That is, you pay the taxi driver directly in cash. There are some taxi drivers that have a device to charge with credit cards.

Seriousness
At the end of the trip, you will receive a message to evaluate and rate your driver. We are very strict and we remove drivers with poor ratings from our system.
We also demand seriousness from passengers. A passenger who calls for a taxi and does not take it, the phone is registered and it is in danger that we will not answer their requests in the future.
All communications are made between the taxi and the passenger.
Responsibility
Asterisco Taxi, Radar Taxi are not responsible for any contingency, damages, losses that originate from our management.
By law, taxi drivers have compulsory insurance.
Our job is to facilitate the search for the closest taxis. The passenger knows through our site the details of the taxi, the name and telephone number of the taxi driver to negotiate directly.
